穴位贴敷治疗肿瘤患者腹胀的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷治疗肿瘤患者腹胀的疗效与护理。方法将84例肿瘤腹胀患者随机分为对照组与实验组,各42例,对照组予腹部按摩等常规治疗护理,实验组在对照组的基础上予穴位贴敷,进行统计学比较。结果对照组显效11例(26.19%),有效17例(40.48%),无效14例(33.33%),总有效率为66.67%。实验组显效29例(69.05%),有效10例(23.81%),无效3例(7.14%),总有效率为92.86%。通过wilcoxon秩和检验,两组总有效率比较Z=-1.12,P=0.028<0.05。实验组有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论穴位贴敷方法简便,中药药性缓和,疗效明显,不良反应少,大大减轻了患者腹胀带来的痛苦,提高晚期肿瘤患者的生存质量。Objective To discuss the curative effect and nursing of acupoint application in treating abdominal distension of cancer patients. Methods 84cases of tumor patients with abdominal distension were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and each group had 42 cases. The control group used regular treatment and nursing care such as abdominal massage and so on. The experimental group used the acupoint application on the basis of the control group. Then the effect of the two groups was compared according to principle of statistics. Results In the control group, 11 cases had excellent effect （26. 19%）, 17 cases had general effect （40. 48%）, 14 cases were invalid （33. 33%）, and the total effective rate was 66. 67%. In the experimental group, 29 cases had excellent effect （69. 05%）, 10 cases had general effect （23. 81%）, 3 cases were invalid （7. 14%）, and the total effective rate was 92. 86%. According to wilcoxon rank-sum test, the total effective percentage was compared Z= -1. 12, P=0. 028＆lt;0. 05. Conclusion The effective rate of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The acupoint application is more convenient, property of Chinese medicine is relaxative, the curative effect is obvious, and also causes less adverse reaction. It can release the pain of patients who suffer abdominal distension, and improve the quality of life of the patients with advanced tumors.
