栀子根临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：目的对栀子根的临床应用作一概述,为临床合理使用栀子根提供依据。方法通过检索现代医学期刊数据库中有关栀子根临床应用的文献,进行分析。结果栀子根清利湿热,临床常用于急慢性及传染性肝炎等疾病的治疗,效果显著。结论我院肝病中心诸多协定方,大部分含有栀子根,且均已开发成院内制剂,在群众中信任度较高,应用广泛。Objective To summarize the clinical application of Cardeniae Radix, and to provide an evidence for clinical rational use. Method：The clinical application about Cardeniae Radix collected from medical literature was analyzed. Result：Because of eliminating damp-heat, Cardeniae Radix is used in the treatment of diseases such as acute and infectious hepatitis commonly. Conclusion： Many prescriptions in liver disease center contain Cardeniae Radix, and have been developed into a hospital preparation, which have high credibility and wide application.
