基于DEMATEL方法的数字档案资源整合与服务影响因素研究

摘　　要：目前国内对数字档案资源整合与服务影响因素的研究几近空白。本文通过分析数字档案资源整合与服务过程,构建数字档案资源整合与服务影响因素体系,运用DEMATEL方法分析诸影响因素之间的相互关系,识别出关键影响因素,按重要程度大小依次是档案信息产品的类型与内容因素、经费投入因素、档案管理体制、机制、方针、政策与法律法规因素和数字档案资源整合技术、标准及规范因素等,并根据这些关键影响因素提出了以公共服务能力提升为目标的数字档案资源整合与服务的措施和建议。Now there is seldom study on the influencing factors of the integration and service of digital archival resources in China. The author analyzed the process of the integration and service of digital archival resources and constructed the system of influencing factors of digital archival resources integration and service,then analyzed the relationship among these factors and identified the key factors by using the method of DEMATEL,and according to the importance they are respectively the type and content of the products of the archives information,investment factors,the archives management system and mechanism, principles, policies and laws and regulations,the technology, standards and rules of the digital archival resources integration. etc.Finally,according to these key factors, the author put forward some suggestions to enhance public services capacity via intearation and innovation of diaital archival resources.
