摘 要:采用固相法制备(Sm_(1-x)Bi_x)_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_(3-δ)(0≤x≤0.5),研究不同Bi^(3+)掺杂浓度对材料的晶体结构、表面形貌与光学性能的影响。结果表明,当掺量0≤x(Bi3+)≤0.2,材料为单一纯相的钙钛矿结构;当掺量0.3≤x≤0.5,材料主相仍保持着钙钛矿结构,同时出现杂相CoO与Sr_(0.5)CoBi_(0.5)O_x。(Sm_(1-x)Bi_x)_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_(3-δ)平均粒径随着Bi3+掺量的增加由1.98μm增大为9.77μm,晶粒形状由多边形状变为方块状;光学测试表明,随着Bi^(3+)浓度的增加,材料的光学吸收率由0.73增大到0.87,发射率由0.34增大到0.80。Perovskite-type oxides (Sm1-xBix)0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δO( 0 ≤x≤ 0. 5) were successfully prepared by a solid-state reaction method. The effect of Bi-(3+)doping concentration on the crystal structure,microstructure,solar absorbance and thermal emittance properties of(Sm1-xBix)0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ was investigated. Results indicate that the single orthorhombic perovskite structure was obtained for 0≤x≤0. 2; when 0. 3≤x≤0. 5,the main phase was the perovskite orthorhombic structure while a small amount of inpurity phases Co O and Sr0.5CoBi0.5O xemerged. The average particle size of SBSC was increased from 1. 98 μm to 9. 77 μm as the Bi^3+concentration increasing,and the grain morphology changed from polygon to bulk as result of Bi^3+doping.The incorporation of B^3+doped into Sm^3+sites were found to enhance the solar absorbance from 0. 73 to 0. 87 and to stimultaneously increase the infrared emittance from 0. 34 to 0. 80.
