摘 要:新旧混凝土粘结界面的剪切强度是衡量界面粘结性能的最重要指标。基于Z形粘结试件直剪试验,研究植筋情况下新旧混凝土粘结界面的剪切强度。采用统计方法,分析植筋直径、植筋深度及植筋率对粘结界面剪切强度的影响,结果表明:为保证新旧混凝土界面的粘结性能,植筋深度需不小于10倍的植筋直径,且界面剪切强度随植筋率的增大而增大。利用试验结果,对已有新旧混凝土粘结界面剪切强度的主要计算公式进行了对比分析,分析结果表明:吻合度较高的计算公式,可供实际加固工程参考。Shear strength is the most important index of bonding performance of the interface between new and old concrete. Based on direct shear experiments of Z - shaped adhesive specimens with embedded steel bars, shear strength of the bonding interface between new and old concrete was studied. The influences of the diameters, depths and ratios of the bars are investigated by statistical method. The results indi- cate that the depths of the bars should not less than 10 times of its diameters to ensure the bonding performance of the interface between new and old concrete, and shear strength of the interface increases with anchorage rate. On the basis of testing data, the common formulas of shear strength of the bonding interface between new and old concrete were checked, and the formula which best meets with the testing data is pointed out. The research results can be used as reference for actual strengthening project.
