摘　　要：结合扣件式钢管模板支架坍塌事故案例及施工现场调研情况,从扣件式钢管模板支架设计、钢管及扣件等材料质量、现场施工搭设情况、混凝土浇筑施工控制、施工管理人员素质和安全管理等因素,分析了扣件钢管模板支架坍塌事故发生的原因,并提出了扣件式钢管模板支架坍塌事故防控措施。Formwork supports with fastener - type steel tubular were more widely used in the process of urban construction. Combined with some collapse accidents of formwork supports with fastener -type steel tubular, the accident causes of formwork supports with fastener - type steel tubular were studied, based on the analysis of formwork supports design, material quality of steel tubular and coupler, construc- tion condition, construction control of concrete pouring, personnel＇s quality and safety management. A lot of countermeasures are put for- ward to prevent the collapse accident of formwork supports with fastener - type steel tubular.
