摘 要:从理论上分析了鞋底防滑花纹的设计思路。经过测量不同成年人裸脚在不同走姿下受力足的足底压力,分析出受力足压力的主要受力区域及滑动趋势,且依据滑动趋势设计出防滑花纹。并将所设计花纹与传统的横向花纹、纵向花纹进行摩擦系数测量比对。结合文献,最终从理论角度确定使用橡胶作为平跟鞋鞋底时防滑性能最佳的花纹以及在低温环境中使用热塑性橡胶(TPR)材料作为鞋底材料的防滑性能优于传统橡胶材料的结论。In this paper, the design ideas of non-slip soles pattern are analyzed theoretically. By measuring the foot plantar pressure which under different adults barefoot in the different walk, analysed main stress area and sliding trend of the foot pressure, and designed the non-slip pattern on the basis of sliding trend. The friction coefficients of these three kinds pattern such as the new designed pattern, the traditional horizontal pattern and the traditional vertical pattern were measured and compared. Combined with the literature finally determined the pattern of best non-slip performance when use the rubber as flat shoes sole, and draw the following conclusions in theory: Using thermoplastic rubber (TPR) material as the sole non-slip performance is superior to the traditional rubber material in low temperature environment.
