摘　　要：从吹炼枪位、加料模式和热量富余三个方面讨论了控制氧枪结瘤的技术措施,从铁水硅含量、铁水温度、金属液面和开吹点火等方面分析了影响烧枪的主要原因,通过改进操作,明显提高了枪龄,大幅度降低了氧枪的更换支数,获得了明显的综合效益,确保了生产的稳定与顺行。Technical measures to control the oxygen lance nodulation are discussed from three aspects such as： blowing gun position, feeding patterns and heat surplus. The main reason which effects oxygen lance are analyzed from aspects like silicon content in hot metal , hot iron temperature, liquid metal level and start blowing ignition. Oxygen lance age is significantly raised by improving the operation, a significant reduction is made in replacement amount, and great comprehensive benefits is gained which ensure the stable and smooth production.
