摘  要:阐述新钢1 550 mm冷轧连退机组立式退火炉烟气余热回收系统的结构与原理,针对烟气—过热水换热器热效率降低的问题进行了技术改进与精细维护,提高了烟气余热的利用效率,降低了排烟温度,减少了蒸汽消耗量,实现了节能降耗。The structure and principle of flue gas waste heat recovery system is stated for the vertical continuous annealing fur- nace for 1 550 mm cold roiled and continuous annealing unit in Xinyu Steel. Aiming at the low thermal efficiency between flue gas and hot water heat exchanger, the system technical improvement and careful maintenance are carried out, and make full use of the flue gas waste heat to reduce the exhaust temperature and the steam consumption. Energy saving and reducing consumption are realized as well.
