汽车及零部件产业升级发展模式分析

摘　　要：中国汽车产业发展中存在自主创新不足及核心技术缺失等问题,汽车及零部件产业转型升级势在必行。从汽车及零部件产业背景和产业集群研究现状出发,分析了汽车及零部件产业集群现状,提出发展新模式的必要性和重要性、新模式发展的目标和原则,在此基础上提出了"集聚—集约—集群—绿色"的发展新模式。为行政部门在汽车及零部件产业升级发展中提供"集聚化功能配套、集约式土地发展、集群式服务设施、绿色环保新理念"的对策。Chinese auto industry reflects some problems in the auto industrial development, such as the lack of independent innovation, lack of core technology and so on, so it is necessary to transform and upgrade China＇s automobile and parts industry. From the background of automobile and parts industry and the current status of industrial cluster, this paper introduces the current situation of auto and parts industrial cluster, puts forward the necessity, importance, goal and principle of new development mode. The new development mode of gather-intensive-cluster-green is built. The new concepts such as gathering complete network, intensive land development, cluster service facilities and friendly environmental protection are proposed in upgrading development of auto and its parts.
