摘 要:通过分析磁流变限滑差速器摩擦片组的传递转矩性能来确定摩擦片结构,改进差速器结构。结合磁流变限滑差速器结构及MRF-G40型号磁流变液的性能曲线,采用Workbench软件分析摩擦片组的传递转矩与磁感应强度、转速差及摩擦片数量的关系。结果表明,传递转矩随磁感应强度的增加而大幅度增长,每0.1 T磁感应强度能增加10倍转矩,摩擦片数量越多,总传递转矩和锁紧系数越大,而随转速差的变化非常小。通过分析,最终确定摩擦片数量为16对,完善了磁流变限滑差速器结构。Designing the friction plate structure and improving the differential structure by researching the property of transmission torque on the magneto-rheological limited slip differential friction plate group is introduced. According to magneto-theological limited slip differential structure and the performance curve of the MRF-G40 MRF model, the relationship between transmission torque of the friction plate group with magnetic induction intensity and speed difference with the friction plate number using the Workbench software is analyzed. The results show that the transmission torque is increasing with the increase of the magnetic induction intensity, every 0.1 T magnetic induction strength increases ten times of torque, the more friction plate number, the greater the total transmission torque and locking coefficient, but transfer torque along with the rotating speed difference is very small. The final number of friction plate is set as 18, improving the structure of magneto-rheological limited slip differential.
