摘　　要：村落政治是中国政治特别是基层政治中值得关注的一种重要政治形态。村落政治的运行,对整个中国国家治理中的乡村治理及对中国的社会主义新农村建设都发挥着举足轻重的影响。而村落政治中的利益表达过程则是影响村落政治系统正常运转的重要政治过程,是影响基层政治稳定和乡村治理的关键变量。以问题为导向,探索我国的村落政治理论和构建理想的村落政治形态,为国家治理现代化的实现打下重要的村落基础。Village politics is an important polity which is noteworthy of Chinese politics, especially politics in grass roots. The operation of village politics occupies a decisive position of rural governance and improves governance and socialism in new countryside construction. While the process of village politics interest expression is the most important political process which has inlfuence on normal running of village political system. It is also the key variable of rural governance political stability and village governance. This paper orients to question, and starts with interest expression of village politics, analyzes the existing defect and, ifnally tries to come up with some proposed mechanisms. The purpose is to explore the theory of Chinese village politics and the establishment of ideal form. Ultimately, it can lay a solid village foundation to realize the modernization of national management.
