摘　　要：翘曲变形是塑件成型时常见的缺陷之一,随着塑胶行业的快速发展,消费者对塑件的外观及性能要求越来越高,翘曲变形程度作为评定塑件质量的重要指标之一,利用MoldFlow软件对塑件进行分析,分析塑件产生翘曲的原因,确定改模方案,减少试模次数,降低试模成本。Warp deformation is one of the eommon defects of plastic produc, ts, with the rapid development of the plastic industry, the consumer＇s appearance and performance requirements of the product is more and more high, the degree of warping deformation is one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality of the product.Using MoldFlow software to analyze the product, reason for the separation of warp, determine the change mode scheme to reduce the munber of test mode, finally achieve the goal of reducing the cost of the trial.
