摘　　要：由于面罩保护罩结构不规则、壁厚不均,且外观要求严苛。通过对保护罩塑件外形的分析,确定了模具设计结构,并从工艺性的角度,优化塑件毛刺问题。Due to the irregular structure and uneven wall thickness of the protective cover, the appearance of the mask is strict. Through the analysis of the shape of the protective cover parts, the mold design structure is determined, and the problem of the product is optimized from the angle of the technology.
