摘　　要：利用2009-2013年内蒙古包头市31个规模以上工业企业分行业总产值数据,对包头市工业整体及31个工业部门综合运用区位熵和偏离-份额分析法进行定量计算,并结合包头市"6521"战略进行定性分析。得出:(1)包头市在自治区工业中占有重要的地位,专业化程度较高,竞争力较强;重工业实力雄厚,轻工业薄弱。(2)十大主导工业部门分别为:稀土新材料行业、清洁能源生产和供应业、黑色金属矿采选业、黑色金属冶炼和压延加工业、有色金属冶炼和压延加工业、金属制品业、交通运输设备制造业、仪器仪表制造业、煤化工业和废弃资源综合利用业。建议:(1)已确定的主导工业部门,形成科学合理的投入产出机制。(2)已有规模的工业部门,提高生产水平。(3)扩大清洁能源生产和供应业、煤化工业、废弃资源综合利用业生产规模。(4)结合包头市物产的地域特点,发展饮料制造业、食品制造业和农副食品加工业等轻工业。Based on the data of Inner Mongolia and Baotou＇ s 31 above designated size industrial enterprises di- visions output during 2009 to 2013, we analysis Baotou industrial structure by integrating Location Quotient and SSM. The results show follows ： （ 1 ） Baotou has an important position in the industry of the autonomous region. It has a high degree of specialization, strong competitiveness. （2） Ten leading industrial sectors are rare earth new material industry and clean energy production and supply industry, black metal mining industry, ferrous metal smel- ting and roiling processing industry, non - ferrous metal smelting and roiling processing industry, metal products industry, transportation equipment manufacturing, instrumentation, manufacturing, coal chemical industry and waste comprehensive utilization of resources industry respectively. Finally, we put foward some suggestions on the industri- al structure of Baotou.
