摘　　要：华中根据地对革命军人婚姻采取保护政策,惩治破坏军人婚约行为,对军属离婚作出限制性规定,帮助荣誉军人建立家业,并通过文艺作品将军人树立为理想的择偶对象。这些保护政策稳定了军心,安抚了革命军人的情绪,是动员民众参军的重要手段,改变了乡村的择偶标准。但是,由于保护军婚维护的是革命话语权下的婚姻自由,所以军婚保护条例也成为一些地主逃避斗争的保护伞。The Base Area of Middle China took measures to protect revolutionary soldier＇s marriage, punished the acts which disrupted soldier＇s marriage, laid down restrictive regulations for soldier＇s spouse＇s divorce, help disabled soldiers to marry and embark on a career, depicting soldiers as ideal partner in literature and art. The measures of protecting revolutionary soldier＇s marriage defended soldier＇s morale, reassured and pacified soldiers＇ feeling, became an important method of stimulating the common people to enlist, and changed the standard of choosing partner in villages. But protecting soldier＇s marriage was the marriage freedom under revolutionary discourse, and many landlords used marriage protection rules to escape combat.
