摘　　要：阐述了实验教学在人才培养中起着关键性的作用,实验是理论联系实际的重要环节,指出了经管类专业实验教学的现状和存在的一些问题,结合实际情况,以山东农业大学经管学院为例,从转变观念、加大投入、构建实验教学新模式、完善实验管理制度等方面提出了改革措施,并通过提高实验教学地位,加强实验室建设、强化人才培养目标,创新实验教学体系、突出专业特色,创新实验内容与手段等方面的实践,取得了较好的效果。This paper expounds the key role in the experiment teaching in talent training and the im- portance of the experiment in linking theory with practice, points out current situation and existing problems in experiment teaching of economic and management major. Bases on actual situation, in the case of economic and management college of SDAU, put forward reform measures from changing ideas, increasing investment, building new experiment teaching mode and improve the system of test manage- ment, and have achieved good effect by improving the experiment teaching status, strengthening labo- ratory construction, strengthening personnel training goal, innovative experimental teaching system, highlight the characteristics of professional, innovative experiment content and means of practice.
