摘　　要：高校对高层次人才不但要重引进,更要发挥其优势。本文从高层次人才促进高校师资队伍建设的角度,对国内某直辖市九所主要高校发挥高层次人才优势、促进师资队伍建设的情况进行了调研,总结其发挥作用的主要机制,提出加强利用高层次人才促进师资队伍建设的建议。Universities should focus on not only recruiting high-level talents, but also making full use of their expertise. In this research, from the perspective of promoting university teaching staff construction, nine colleges and universities in a domestic municipality were investigated. This paper summarized and analyzed the main mechanisms of talents management, and proposed some strategies in order to give full play to high- level talents so as to strengthen university faculty construction.
