摘　　要：文章对如何实现试制与量产在工艺与质量方面衔接进行了研究,提出试制质量控制矩阵式管理模式,创建样车试制质量云平台,使研发及量产的各条战线并行开展工作,以期在试制造车过程中充分发现问题,确保量产质量。The way of realizing the connection of prototype build and production line is researched, and the matrix mode of quality management in prototype vehicle build is raised. The proto- type build quality control cloud platform is constructed, and plenty issues in the build process are found by simultaneous working of the development and the production line to ensure the product line quality.
