摘　　要：科学数据标准规范体系的建立有助于科学数据资源的交换与共享。通过调研科学数据相关平台及查阅相关文献,初步构建了科学数据标准规范体系框架,并探讨其具体内容,涉及价值鉴定标准、数据质量规范、元数据编写规范及元数据标准、分类编码标准、数据发布规范、引用标准六个方面,以期为我国科学数据标准规范体系的建立提供借鉴。Establishing standard and specification systematic framework of scientific data help scientific data resources exchanging and sharing. By investigating relevant scientific data platforms and reading literature, this article builds systematic framework and discusses its content which includes six aspects： value appraisal standard, data quality specification, metadata writing specification and metadata standard, classification and coding standard, data published specification, reference standard, so as to provide reference to establish the system of standard and specification for scientific data in China.
