公共图书馆政府信息服务提高政府参与积极性的思考

摘　　要：自《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》实行以来,图书馆政府信息服务有了长足的发展,但大多数地方政府对此项服务的反应较为冷漠,参与度不高,导致图书馆此项服务难以长久持续发展,文章从图书馆政府信息服务的两大服务对象——公众和政府出发分析原因,提出图书馆政府信息服务提高政府参与积极性的对策建议。Government information services in public libraries have made a great progress in China since the relevant policy put forward in 2008. However, there is a problem that government reacted coolly to the service without high engagement, which is bad for long-term development. This paper analyzes the reasons from the perspective of the service objects---the government and the public, then proposes strategies for public libraries to enhance governments＇ active participation.
