中南六省高校图书馆网络免费学术资源组织现状调查与分析

摘　　要：网络免费学术资源已成为高校用户对馆所购商业数据库充分利用外的获取信息的重要途径。实体物理馆藏与虚拟数字馆藏犹如高校图书馆资源体系的车之两轮、鸟之两翼,从当前对两者的利用现状与主、客体需求现状阐述了网络免费学术资源的虚拟性所催生的现实需求,并将高校图书馆网络免费学术资源组织所包含范畴界定为三种类型,重点对中南六省高校图书馆网络免费学术资源的组织现状进行全面调查,对学科导航、学科服务、其他相关网络免费学术资源组织的建设总状、建设质量、建设数量、建设方式以及建设利用等方面涉及的系列相关问题进行系统调查、分析与总结,最后对网络免费学术资源组织提出优化建议:制定发展建设战略规划,优化服务界面以利于用户更好发现资源,优化资源内容以利于用户使用资源,整合高质的学科导航库与学科信息服务平台,强化学科馆员的专业技能。Network free academic resources has become an important way to obtain information for users besides the business database. Entity physical collection and virtual digital collection are like the two wheels of vehicle and the two wings of bird on the resources system of university library. This article laborate the virtual demands which is expedited by the free academic network resources from use status and demand situation of subject and object, define the scope of free academic resources in the library affiliated to university, made a comprehensive survey of the current situation of university libraries＇discipline in six central-south provices. What＇s more, the article analyze the current situation and drawbacks in 3 aspects： subject navigation, discipline services, other relevant Internet free academic resources organizations, it investigates and analyzes from the overall construction, construction quality, construction quantity, construction method and use status. At last it puts forward optimized suggestions to organize free academic resources： making strategic plans for cyber academic resources＇ development and building; optimizing the service interface in order that consumers can find resources in a better way; optimizing the resources＇ content in order that consumers can make use of the resources better; integrating high-class subject navigation database and course information service platform; strengthen the librarians＇ profession skills.
