摘 要:为研究原料特性和设备关键机构运动因素对生物质颗粒燃料耐久性能的影响规律及其最佳因素参数组合,以玉米秸秆皮为原料,利用平模成型机对其进行压缩成型试验。以含水率、模辊间隙、主轴转速为试验因素,以抗破碎性为评价指标,采用Box-Benhnken法进行三因素三水平响应面试验设计;借助Design—Expert 8.0.6软件进行回归分析和响应面分析,建立并分析了各试验因素与抗破碎性之间的数学模型。结果表明,对抗破碎性影响程度的大小顺序为:含水率>主轴转速>模辊间隙;在含水率为15%、模辊间隙为0.3mm、主轴转速为196r/min条件下,玉米秸秆皮颗粒燃料的抗破碎性为94.9%。To enhance the value of corn stalk and promote the utilization of corn stalk in pellet fuel, the pelletizing process and durabil- ity of corn stalk rind using a flat die pelletizer was studied. A Box-Benhnken experimental design methodology of three factors and three levels was employed in this experiment. The moisture content, the gap of the roll-die, and the spindle speed were selected as ex- perimental factors, and crush resistance was selected as evaluation indexes. Based on the Design-Expert 8. 0. 6 regression analysis method and response surface method, the mathematical model of crush resistance has been established to analyze the effect of three fac- tors on test indexes in this paper. The results showed that the order of affection rate of every experiment factor on crush resistance was obtained as follows., the moisture content〉the spindle speed〉the gap of roll-die. The optimal parameters were the following.. the moisture content was 15%, the gap of roll-die was 0.3mm, and the spindle speed was 196r/min. under the conditions, the maxi- mum value of the pellet fuel crush resistance was 94.9 %.
