摘  要:大转矩高效轴向柱塞液压马达(ZL99101670.X)将柱塞作用的斜面改进为螺旋面,柱塞的输出转矩不再受所在位置的影响,输出转矩增大,效率显著提高。研究表明这种马达的总转矩呈现阶跃变化。本文在此专利成果基础上,设计反向错位双联结构,实现轴向柱塞液压马达的恒转矩高效输出,对于扩大轴向柱塞液压马达的应用范围、降低液压系统的振动和噪声、提高工作效率具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。Traditional axial piston hydraulic motors have the same work principle,whatever the ordinary swash plate,cline,or link type.Output torque of each piston was affected by the angle between the piston and the vertical center line of cylinder.The smaller the Angle is,the smaller the output torque and the motor efficiency are.With the periodic variation of this angle,the output torque changes in ripple movement.In the patent,a large torque efficiency piston hydraulic motor(ZL99101670.X),spiral surfaces take the place of bevel surface.The output torque of the plunger is no longer affected by the location.The output torque is increased.The efficiency improves significantly.The study indicates that the total torque of motor changes with step.This paper,based on the results of this patent,designs double reverse dislocation structure,achieves a constant and efficiency of output torque.It may reduce the vibration and noise of the hydraulic system,and is helpful to expand the application scope of the axial piston hydraulic motor and improve output performance.So it has an important theoretical and practical value.
