摘　　要：针对农业信息资源服务质量缺乏评价指标体系及描述方法,而难以实现大量信息资源的有效集成的问题,构建农业信息资源QoS描述模型并设计其管理软件。文章将农业信息资源的各类属性抽象为不同服务质量维度,针对QoS维度的不同变化特征及量纲,提出质量函数映射方法,规约QoS数值到统一区间,实现QoS指标实际值到指标评价值的映射,建立多维QoS描述模型;开发农业信息资源QoS管理软件,实现QoS指标设置、QoS值测量、更新管理与QoS映射,为农业信息资源高效共享提供理论基础。Existed agricultural information resources lack index systems and description model,so it is difficult to realize their effective assessment.In the paper,the various attributes of agricultural information resources are described by different quality of service dimensions.Quality functions are proposed to normalize different quality of service dimensions and realize the mapping of quality of service metrics from indexes＇ actual values to their evaluation values,and a quality of service description model is built.By designing acquisition method to get indexes＇ value and realizing metrics＇ mapping by the QoS description model,a QoS management software of agricultural knowledge bases is developed to manage these metrics.The model may theoretically support the high-efficient share and utilization of agricultural information resources.
