摘　　要：莱纳·弗斯特(Rainer Forst)是新一代批判理论的代表人物。他的政治哲学从分析英美主流理论开始,指出自由主义与社群主义之间的争论是因为正义情境上的不同倾向,并力图把普遍主义与情境主义结合起来。莱纳·弗斯特所提出的证成原则不仅是在阐述一种既符合普遍道德又满足特殊情境的规范性原则,而且也是在提出一种新的关于权力的正义观,一种在规范性原则基础上进行批判的新理论。Rainer Forst is the representative figure of the new generation of critical theory. Starting from the analysis of British and American mainstream theories, his political philosophy points out that the debate between liberalism and communitarianism is about the different tendencies on the contexts of justice, and he tries to combine universalism and contextualism. His principle of justification is not onlya normative principle that coheres with the universal moral principles and particular contexts, but also a new theory of justice about power, a new critical theory of normative principles.
