生态视角下我国数字档案馆建设探析

摘　　要：我国数字档案馆经过十余年的建设与发展,仍存在公众档案信息需求增长与数字档案馆资源建设相对滞后、信息管理系统竞争共存与数字档案馆核心竞争力弱化、可持续发展目标明确与数字档案馆建设水平参差不齐、社会生态文明进步与数字档案馆生态文化意识淡薄的矛盾。针对这一现状,文章引入生态理念,从生态人、生态位、生态系统、生态文明四个方面探讨了数字档案馆的建设策略。Digital archives in China have been made obvious achievements in nearly 15 years of develop- ment process, but still has some contradictions： the public demand for archives information has keep rising but resource construction bristles with difficulties, different kinds of information management systems coexist in the competition but core competence of digital archives is weakening,the goals of sustainable development is clear but construction level of digital archives is irregular, social ecological civilization has constantly progressed but ecological culture consciousness of digital archives is week. According to this situation, the article puts forward coping strategies of digital archives through analysis the development trend of China＇s digital archives based on ecological person, ecological niche, ecosystem and ecological civilization.
