摘  要:在对一栋满足节能65%设计标准的住宅进行逐时能耗分析的基础上,得出间歇运行的最大热负荷约为连续运行时的3倍,但是连续运行和间歇运行的累计耗热量分别为39.4 kW·h/(m^2·a)和33.6kW·h/(m^2·a),建议地源热泵尽量采用连续运行的方式。分析实际项目的装机容量和土壤温度逐年变化情况,所调研的住宅1第一年土壤计算温降为1.81℃,实际温降为1.9℃。提出为了避免土壤温度逐年降低,可采用具有分区补热功能的跨季节蓄热空气源-土壤源复合式系统。Based on the hourly energy consumption analysis of one residential building which meets the 65% energy-saving design standards,it is concluded that the maximum heat load of the intermittent operation is about 3 times of the continuous operation. However,the accumulated heat consumption of the continuous operation and intermittent operation are 39.4 kW·h/(m^2·a) and 33.6 kW·h/(m^2·a) , respectively. In view of the above, it is suggested that ground source heat pump uses the mode of continuous operation as far as possible. The installed capacity of the actual project and the change of the soil's temperature year by year are analyzed and the actual soil's temperature drop is 1.9℃ of residential building 1 which is researched when the calculation temperature drop is 1.81℃. In order to avoid soil's temperature decreasing year by year, seasonal storage hot air source and ground source hybrid system which has the function of partition heat supplementary can be used.
