血府逐瘀汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压病临床疗效。方法:选取76例瘀血阻络型高血压病患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组38例。对照组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片,治疗组在此基础上服用血府逐瘀汤,3个月后观察两组临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果:经过治疗,治疗组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组证候积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组出现的不良反应未做特殊处理均好转。结论:血府逐瘀汤对瘀血阻络型高血压病具有一定的降压作用,可在临床上推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in treating blood stasis type hypertension. Methods：We selected 76 cases of patients with blood stasis type hypertension,They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, Each group has 38 cases. The control group was given levamlodipine besylate tablets, The treatment group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Decoction on this basis. To observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions after 3 months. Results： After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the syndrome integral （P〈0.05）. No treatment, the adverse reaction in the treatment group were improved. Conclusion：Xue Fu Zhu Yu Decoction on blood stasis type of hypertension with antihypertensive activity, further application in clinic.
