观察妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗更年期细菌性阴道炎的效果

摘　　要：目的：观察妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗更年期细菌性阴道炎的效果。方法：选取2015年1~12月在我院就诊的更年期细菌性阴道炎患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采取替硝唑治疗,观察组采取妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗,两组均给予0.1%~0.5%的醋酸外阴冲洗,对比两组治疗后的阴道健康评分、疗效、不良反应及复发情况。结果：妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗后阴道健康评分良好率更高（84.4%,97.8%,P〈0.05）,在临床治疗效果上明显优于对照组（82.2%,95.6%,P〈0.05）,组间不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,随访半年时观察组复发率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在使用醋酸外阴冲洗的前提下,应用妇炎康复片联合替硝唑治疗更年期细菌性阴道炎取得比较良好的效果,有效改善患者阴道健康状况,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the effect of Fuyankangfu tablets intergrated with tinidazole tablets in Treatment of Menopausal Bacterial Vaginitis. Methods：90 cases of menopausal bacterial vaginitis in our hospital were selected as the research object, which were randomly divided into the observation group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases）. The control group was given tinidazole tablets,while the study group was given Fuyankangfn tablets intergrated with tinidazole tablets. Two groups of patients were given 0. 1%-0.5% of the vulva acetate flushing. The Vaginal health score, clinical effect, adverse reaction rate and the recurrence of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results：The vaginal health score well rate of observation group was higher （84.4%, 97.8% ,P〈0.05） and the clinical treatment effect is better than the control group （82.2%, 95.6%,P〈0.05）.There was no statistical significance on the incidence of adverse reaction rate of the observation group and the control group, the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Under the premise of using acetic acid rinsing the vulva , Fuyan rehabilitation tablets combined with tinidazole has good effect in the treatment of menopausal bacterial vaginitis, effectively improve the health status of patients with vaginal, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
