长程使用糖皮质激素患者的临床药学监护

摘　　要：目的：在长程使用糖皮质激素患者中进行药学监护,探讨其临床应用价值。方法：随机选取我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的60例长程使用糖皮质激素患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予临床药学监护,对照组行常规治疗,未进行临床药学监护,对比分析两组临床效果。结果：观察组在各项疾病知识掌握度指标、用药治疗依从性指标以及视力损伤、糖尿病、骨质疏松等用药不良反应发生率上均优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：对长程使用糖皮质激素的患者采取药学监护可以有效减少患者用药不良反应提高依从性,提高患者对疾病知识的掌握水平,值得在临床推广。Objective： In the long term use of corticosteroids in pharmaceutical care, to explore its clinical application value. Methods： 60 cases of long range in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were the use of cortieosteroids as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were given clinical pharmaceutical care, patients in control group received routine treatment, without clinical pharmaceutical care, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results： In the observation group patients in the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the degree of mastery of the knowledge of the disease, the treatment compliance of medication index and visual impairment, diabetes, osteoporosis and other rate was superior to the control group, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The long-term use in patients with glucocorticoid take pharmaceutical care can effectively reduce adverse drug reactions of the patients and improve compliance, improve patient of disease knowledge to grasp the situation, it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
