摘 要:对运载火箭总装流程按部段和工作内容分类进行模块化设计,编制串并行共存的、合理的总装工艺流程。对总装工序输入及工时定额进行系统梳理,基于总装流程,以MES系统为平台建立输入条件动态调整的柔性排产系统。实践应用一体化现场工艺文件,加强总装工艺文件易用性和实际指导作用。以"四个量化+一个精准化"为目标,实现运载火箭总装精益管理。The final assembly of carrier rocket is designed according to the parts and job content classification section. The process is prepared based on reasonable series and parallel arrangement. The assembly process input and standard time quota system are also sorted. Based on the platform of MES system, a flexible scheduling system to dynamically adjust the input conditions is established. By practicing integration live process documents, the usability and practicability are strengthened. Taking "Four Quantify and One Precision" as the goal,the lean management of carrier rocket final assembly can be achieved
