摘　　要：在考虑同一个医生的手术安排在同一个手术室和同一个医生的手术可以安排在不同手术室两种情况下,以手术室的均衡利用为目标,分别建立了混合整数规划模型。根据实际数据,进行一周的数据实验,结果显示,同一个医生的手术安排在同一个手术室时,手术室利用分钟数的平均标准差远远大于同一个医生的手术可以安排在不同手术室的情况。Aimed at the balanced use of the operating room, the same doctor＇s surgeries must be arranged in the same operating room in one model. As long as time can stagger, the same doctor＇s surgeries can be arranged to different operating rooms in the other model. According to the actual data of a week, the experiment is carried on and the results of the two MIP models are compared. The numerical example shows that the standard deviation of the operating rooms＇ average open time is much greater if the same doctor＇s surgeries must be arranged to the same operating room.
