摘  要:使用多种调整剂对贵州某地硅钙质磷矿进行纯矿物浮选试验,考察在多种调整剂作用下胶磷矿和石英可浮性的差异。试验结果表明:当使用WEH为脱硅增效剂、ZB和磷酸混合溶液为胶磷矿抑制剂、AY为捕收剂时可有效分离胶磷矿和石英,两者上浮率差异可达77个百分点。采用胶磷矿和石英质量比1∶1人工混合矿进行验证试验,得到精矿P_2O_5品位为19.49%。并通过表面张力分析探讨了调整剂作用下捕收剂在矿浆中的活性,探索了调整剂用量对捕收剂AY在矿粒表面吸附行为的影响。Various modifiers were applied in flotation test of the pure mineral in siliceous and calcareous phosphate rock in Guizhou and the difference of floatability of collophane and quartz under the action of various modifiers are investigated.The test results showed that with WEH being used as desilication synergist,ZB and phosphoric acid mixed solution as depressants for cellophane and AY as collector,collophane and quartz can be are separated effectively and the difference of floating rate between quartz and cellophane is up to 77 percentage points.The verification test being conducted with mixed collophane and quartz at 1∶1quality ratio produced phosphate concentrate with 19.49 %P2O5 grade.The effect of modifiers on AY collector’s activity in pulp is investigated by the surface tension analysis and the effect of modifiers on the mineral grain surface adsorption behavior by AY collector is explored.
