摘 要:宜昌某磷矿原矿P_2O_5品位为20.09%,MgO质量分数高达11.98%,嵌布粒度细,脉石矿物难以脱除。针对该矿石镁难以脱除的特点,将其与另外一种低镁宜昌磷矿(原矿P_2O_5品位27.65%,MgO质量分数为1.46%)按质量比1∶2的比例进行配矿,然后进行常温反浮选试验,以实验室自制药剂FZ为反浮选药剂,取得了混合精矿P_2O_5品位33.63%,MgO品位0.68%,回收率94.26%的闭路试验指标,实现了目标矿物与白云石等杂质矿物的有效分离。A phosphate ore in Yichang has the grade of P2O5 being 20.09% with the content of MgO with fine disseminated grain size and difficult to remove up to 11.98%.In response of the feature of difficulty in magnesium removal,it was blended with another low-and-middle grade and low magnesium phosphate ore(crude ore’s grade being 27.65% with MgO content 1.46%)at a mass ratio of 1∶2before being subjected in reverse flotation test at ambient temperature using the laboratory reagent FZ.The results showed that the closed-circuit test indexes of P2O5 33.83%,grade of MgO 0.68% and recovery 94.26% for bulk phosphate concentrate were obtained and target minerals,dolomite and other impurities were effectively separated.
