摘 要:针对某矿山巷道大松动圈巷道水平应力较大、围岩破碎严重,以及原支护方式难以保证巷道安全可靠等一系列问题,在分析了巷道破坏机理及锚注支护机理后,采用锚注支护技术来取代原支护,以控制巷道围岩变形及保证其稳定可靠,支护完成后及时设置变形监测站对巷道围岩表面位移进行监控量测,以掌握围岩变形规律和验证支护效果。To address many problems such as big horizontal stress and seriously broken surrounding rocks in big broken zone roadway in a mine as well as the original supporting method being difficult to ensure safety and reliability of roadway,analysis is made of roadway damage and bolting-grouting supporting mechanisms.Bolting-grouting supporting technology is taken to replace the esupporting method to control the deformation of surrounding rocks and to ensure stability and reliability of the roadway.Upon completion of the support,a deformation monitoring station is duly set up to monitor and measure the surface displacement of surrounding rocks for mastering the deformation rule and verifying the supporting effect. The bolting-grouting supporting method with reasonable parameters can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rocks of big broken zone roadway and secure the safety of underground construction.
