摘  要:以云南磷化集团有限公司尖山磷矿为工程背景,利用重庆大学自主研发的"矿岩热流固耦合实验系统(THM-2)",以磷矿试样为研究对象,进行了不同开采条件下,磷矿力学及渗透特性的试验研究。研究表明:当磷矿样加卸载速度比较大时,其破坏时的围压较大,使得矿样破坏强度增加,表现出较强的延性,扩容现象更为明显,其弹性模量变化曲线较为平滑,不会出现明显拐点,而泊松比一直小于加卸载速度比较小的样。在磷矿样压实阶段,3种开采条件下,矿样的渗透率变化率差异较小,当矿样进入屈服阶段,加卸载速度比较大的磷矿样的渗透率变化率较大。相关的研究成果可为云南磷化集团有限公司尖山磷矿或类似条件下的露天开采提供理论依据。Experimental research was conducted on mechanical and permeability characteristics of phosphate rock under different mining conditions with phosphate samples in the phosphate mine called Jianlinshan of Yunnan Phosphate Chemical Group Limited Company,using the system of domestically developed thermalhydrological-mechanical coupling of phosphate.The results show that when the phosphate sample loading and unloading speeds are relatively high,the confining pressure of damage is larger,which makes the phosphate sample damage strength increase,showing stronger ductility and more obvious expansion phenomenon.The elastic modulus change curve has no obvious inflection point but is relatively smooth and its poisson’s ratio has less than the coal samples with the speed of loading and unloading being lower.In the stage of phosphate sample compaction,the rate of permeability change of phosphate samples is small under the three mining conditions.When the coal samples enter the yield stage,the rate of permeability change of phosphate samples with higher unloading speed is larger.The relevant research results can provide theoretical and technical guidance and advice for the open pit transportation technology of the mine or mines with similar conditions.
