摘  要:采用[Ni(NH_3)_6]^(2+)作为锚固剂制备SiO_2包覆的水性铝颜料.红外光谱和X线衍射表明[Ni(NH_3)_6]^(2+)氧化金属铝在铝片表面形成勃姆石结构的羟基铝化合物.扫描电子显微镜,光学显微镜和耐腐蚀性能测试证明,pH在9.5左右,勃姆石可与正硅酸乙酯和硅烷偶联剂的水解产物结合,在铝片表面形成一层SiO_2膜,达到提高铝颜料耐腐蚀性的目的.The silica encapsulated waterborne aluminum pigments were prepared using[Ni(NH3)6]2+as anchoring agent. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction results showed that theboehmite was formed on the surface of aluminum flakes by[Ni(NH3 )6]2+ oxidizing aluminum. The resultsof scanning electron microscopy,optical microscopy and corrosion resistance test proved that by controllingthe pH of encapsulated media at about 9.5, the boehmite on aluminum flakes surface can react with silanolswhich come from the hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane and silane. This makes a silica sol-gel film form onthe aluminum flakes surface. This sol-gel film improves the corrosion resistance of the aluminum pigments.
