摘  要:文章研究了不同水固比条件下粉煤灰掺量对高水充填材料凝结时间、悬浮性、强度和水化放热量等性能的影响,研制出大掺量粉煤灰高水充填材料,并分析了其经济成本。研究表明:在同一水固比条件下,高水充填材料的凝结时间随着粉煤灰掺量的增加会延长,其强度和反应温升会有所降低,而对析水率和结实率的影响不大。研制的粉煤灰掺量为60%的高水充填材料,在水固比为1∶1时,凝结时间为11 min、1 d和7 d抗压强度分别为2.1MPa、2.8 MPa,其反应温升较对比组(不掺粉煤灰)降低了22.9%,且成本降低了54.6%。The paper studies the influence of the dosage of fly ash on the setting time,suspension,strength and internal reaction temperature of high water filling material is studied in different water-solid ratio system,optimize the ratio of high water filling material and analyze the economic cost. The results show that in the same water-solid ratio system,the setting time of high water filling material can be prolonged with the increase of the dosage of fly ash,the strength and internal reaction temperature will have a certain reduction,but the water content and seed setting rate are little influenced. At the watersolid ratio of 1∶ 1,Fly ash dosage is 60%,its various performance is as much as the blank group,Its setting time is 11 mins,the compressive strength of 1 d and 7 d are 2. 1 MPa and 2. 8 MPa respectively,But the reaction temperature is 22. 9% lower than the blank group,and the cost is reduced by 54. 6%.
