摘 要:以铁粉为还原剂,在酸性条件下浸取软锰矿,浸出液通过除杂得净化液,采用碳铵共沉淀法制备锰锌软磁铁氧体粉体。并用XRD、SEM和震动样品磁强计对制得的铁氧体粉体进行表征。结果表明:在最佳浸提条件下锰的浸出率达到98.4%,通过共沉淀法制备的锰锌软磁铁氧体粉体颗粒呈细而均匀的球状,XRD表征结果显示为纯相,饱和磁感应强度为60.45 emu/g,与用硫酸盐制备得到的锰锌软磁铁氧体粉体饱和磁感应强度相当。With iron powder as reductant,the pyrolusite was leached by sulfuric acid. The leaching solution was purified by removing impurity. Mn-Zn ferrite precursor powder was prepared by using NH4HCO3co-precipitation method. The properties of Mn-Zn ferrite powder were tested and analyzed by XRD,SEM and VSM. The results showed that the leaching rate of manganese in pyrolusite reached 98.4% under the optimum conditions,and the Mn-Zn ferrite powder showed single phase,its Bs reached60. 45 eum / g which is equivalent to the Bs of Mn-Zn ferrite prepared by sulfate.
