摘 要:利用层层自组装技术将磷钨酸(PW12)和二氧化钛(TiO_2)纳米溶胶负载在滤纸模板上制备了复合材料,所得复合材料在400℃烧结4 h去除模板得到TiO_2/PW12复合材料,并对其进行了红外光谱和X射线粉末衍射的表征。以TiO_2/PW_(12)为催化剂研究了其紫外灯下对甲基橙的催化性能。主要考察了催化剂的质量、层数、甲基橙溶液pH值和无机离子对甲基橙染料降解率的影响。结果表明:甲基橙降解率在一定范围内随催化剂质量的增加而升高,催化剂质量的最佳值是0.10 g,在此之后,随着催化剂用量的增加,降解率成下降的趋势;该催化剂在pH=2的条件下催化效果最好;随着层数的增加催化效率增加,当催化剂为10层时降解率最高;无机盐的加入均对甲基橙的降解表现出抑制作用。Phosphotungstic acid and titanium dioxide composite was prepared using layer-by-layer selfassembly method employing filter paper as template. TiO_2/ PW_(12) composite material was obtained after template was removed after calcination at 400 ℃. Under UV light,a series of research were conducted to determine the optimum condition of methyl orange degradation. The influence of catalyst dosage,catalyst bilayers,p H value and inorganic salts on methyl orange degradation rate was discussed. Photocatalytic results show that degradation rate of methyl orange( MO) increases with the increasing of catalyst dosage.The best degradation rate of MO attained when 0. 1 g catalyst was added at pH = 2. 0. Photodegradation rate of MO was significantly suppressed by inorganic salts due to the aggregation or association of methyl orange molecule in water.
