摘  要:随着适合于碱法生产氧化铝的铝土矿不断减少,从非铝土矿的含铝原料中生产或回收铝的方法日显重要,其中酸浸法就是其中较为常用的一种。但是,酸浸法从非铝土矿的含铝原料和铝土矿中生产铝面临着铝、铁分离较为困难的这一重大问题,严重阻碍了酸浸法生产铝工艺的发展。本文简单介绍了酸浸法生产铝的工艺及特点,综述了重结晶法、沉淀法、有机萃取法及其他铁离子的去除方法等研究现状及它们各自的优缺点。通过以上几种除铁离子方法的对比,本文对未来除铁离子方法的的发展前景进行了展望。With the decrease of bauxite suitable for alkali,recovering aluminum and the production of aluminum from aluminum-containing material( the non-bauxite) are becoming more and more important,wherein,the method of acid leaching is one of the more commonly used. However,the aluminum production from the non-aluminum-containing raw material and bauxite using the method of acid leaching is facing a major problem which the separation of aluminum and iron is very difficult. There is a serious impediment to the development of the aluminum production process scheme of the method of acid leaching. This paper briefly described the production process of aluminum using the method of acid leaching,the advantages and disadvantages; reviewed the research status of the separation method of Iron and aluminum of recrystallization,precipitation,organic extraction method and other removal methods of the iron ion,and their advantages and disadvantages. By comparing the several remove methods of iron,the future prospects of the development of removing methods of iron are prospected in the paper.
