摘  要:采用Eric W.Seelig提出的种子液法,制备了不同粒径、不同单分散性的ZnO微球颗粒。采用垂直沉积法制备了不同样品的ZnO薄膜。采用SEM测试了样品的微观形貌,结果表明,在反应中加入种子液量越多,所得ZnO颗粒平均粒径越小;种子液离心时间越长,制备得到的ZnO颗粒粒径越大。本文还进一步讨论了三口烧瓶容器内所进行的化学反应过程以及ZnO微球颗粒生成的化学机理,对比分析了二水醋酸锌添加量对ZnO颗粒形状的影响。ZnO microsphere particles with different diameter and monodispersity were synthesized by seed solution method projected by Eric W. Seelig. ZnO thin films were fabricated by vertical deposition method. The micro-morphologies were characterized by SEM. The results show that the diameter of ZnO particles becomes smaller with the more seed solution volume used,and the diameter of ZnO particles becomes larger by using seed solution centrifuged longer time. The chemical reaction details in the container were analyzed and the generation mechanism of ZnO microsphere particles was studied. The influence of amount of Zinc acetate on ZnO particle shape is investigated.
