摘 要:以承德某伊利石矿为原料,盐酸为浸取剂,进行酸浸除铁增白试验研究。考察了盐酸浓度、反应时间和反应温度对除铁增白效果的影响,设计了废酸回用技术路线。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、元素能谱分析(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段对样品进行表征,结果表明:盐酸酸浸除铁增白效果明显,且酸浸过程伊利石的微观形貌和晶体结构未发生变化。适宜的酸浸工艺条件为:盐酸浓度20wt%、反应时间2 h、反应温度75℃,此条件下酸浸样品的Fe_2O_3含量由1.14%降至0.64%,白度由79.3%升高至88.4%。Illite ore from Chengde was used as raw material,hydrochloric acid as leaching agent,the bleaching of illite through acid leaching was studied. The influence of hydrochloric acid concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature on the bleaching effect of illite were explored,and the recycle technical route of waste acid was designed. The characterizations of illite samples were carried out by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer( EDS) and X-ray diffraction( XRD). The result showed that the effect of bleaching on illite by hydrochloric acid leaching was significant,in addition,the microstructure and crystal structure of illite during leaching was not changed.The optimum conditions for leaching are as follows: hydrochloric acid concentration 20wt%,reaction time 2 h and reaction temperature 75 ℃. Under this condition,the Fe2O3 content of the product can be decreased from 1. 14% to 0. 64% and the whiteness of illite can be increased from 79. 3% to 88. 4%.
