摘　　要：该文简述了我国土地市场政策制度改革路径,分析了城乡统一土地市场建设面临的障碍,并提出构建城乡土地市场建设对策。主要包括:明晰集体土地产权,确立合理的土地征收补偿标准,健全土地市场机制,规范政府的行为,培养农民的现代意识等。为构建城乡土地统一市场提供参考。This paper briefly describes the reform of land market policy system in China,analyzes the obstacles to the construction of urban and rural land market,and puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of urban and rural land market,including determining collective land ownership,establishing a reasonable compensation standard for land requisition,perfecting the land- market mechanism,standardizing the government behavior and training the modern consciousness of the farmers and so on.It will provide a reference for the construction of urban and rural land unified market.
