摘  要:探讨气排球运动对中老年女性身体成分、骨密度和肌肉力量的积极作用.经过6个月的气排球训练,测定受试者的体质指数(BMI)、体内脂肪率、骨骼肌含量和骨密度SOS值、T值、Z值,以及握力、背力和腿部力量.结果显示,与实验前相比,受试者体内脂肪率显著降低(P<0.05),骨骼肌肉量/体重及握力显著提高(P<0.05),其他指标没有显著性差异.气排球运动可保持身体骨骼肌肉量,降低身体脂肪率和体质指数,抑制骨质密度和强度下降,维持身体主要部位肌肉的力量,对提高中老年女性的身体素质有积极作用.This study aims to investigate the balloon volleyball exercise may make a positive function on post-menopausal women's body composition, bone density and muscle strength. The experiment use instruments measuring experimenters' body composition, bone mineral density (BMD) and muscle strength,including body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, muscle mass, SOS, T, Z values to related to BMD and grip, back and legs strength after 6 months in progress balloon volleyball training. After 6 months balloon volleyball training, experimenters' body fat rate significantly reduced (P〈0.05), skeletal muscle mass/weight and grip strength and significantly improve (P〈0. 05) ,and no significant differences in other indicators. The long-term balloon volleyball exercise could keep the body skeletal muscle mass, reduce body fat and body mass index, improve bone mineral density and muscle strength, therefore, the sport would maintain a positive effect on physical fitness.
