摘　　要：中华法系是以儒家思想为灵魂的礼法法系,中国传统法文化是一种礼法文化,中华礼法传统中蕴含着"良法善治"和现代法治的文化营养。我国法学和法制正面临着革命性的转型,建设"法治中国"应当借鉴礼法传统智慧。The legal system of China is a rites legal system which is based on Confucianism. The thadional legal culture of China is a rites culture. The rites tradition of China contains the culture nutrition of 'good law good rule'and the modern rule of law. The law and legal system of our Country is facing the revolutionary transformation,we should learn from the rites tradition wisdom during the construction on 'Governed by Law in China'.
