摘 要:采用平衡溶胀法和计算机HSPi P软件模拟测定了丁苯橡胶(SBR)的三维溶度参数,并研究了三维溶度参数在建立Hansen二维溶度参数图及确定相对能量差(RED)与溶胀比(q)的关系中的应用。结果表明,SBR的三维溶度参数δd、δp、δh分别为17.70,3.20,3.10 MPa1/2;根据Hansen二维溶度参数图可以快速准确地选取SBR的良溶剂或混合溶剂;SBR的q值随着RED的增大而减小,并在RED为1时出现拐点,此时溶剂由良溶剂转变为不良溶剂。The three-dimensional solubility param- eters of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) were deter- mined by swelling method and HSPiP software simu- lation calculation, and the obtained three-dimension- al solubility parameters were applied to the establish- ment of Hansen two-dimensional graph and determi- nation of relationship between relative energy differ- ence ( RED ) and swelling ratio ( q ). The results showed that the three dimensional solubility parame- ter 8d, 8p, 8h of SBR were 17.70, 3.20,3. 10 MPa1/2respectively. The good solvents or mixed solvents for SBR were selected accurately and fast by Hansen two- dimensional graph. With increasing RED, q value decreased and inflection appeared sus RED when the RED was in the plot of q ver- at which point, the solvents changed from good to poor.
