摘　　要：采用转矩流变仪制备了动态硫化聚丙烯(PP)/甲基乙基硅橡胶(MVQ)热塑性弹性体(TPV),考察了MVQ用量对TPV物理机械性能、疏水性及加工流动性的影响。结果表明,随着MVQ用量的增加,PP/MVQ共混物的硫化速率加快,TPV的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、扯断伸长率和邵尔D硬度下降,压缩永久变形先减小后增大,疏水性和加工流动性得到改善。The dynamic vulcanized polypropylene （PP）/methyl vinyl silicone rubber （MVQ） thermo- plastic elastomer （TPV） was prepared by using torque rheometer, the effects of different amounts of MVQ on mechanical properties, hydrophobicity and processing fluidity of PP/MVQ TPV were investiga- ted. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of MVQ, the vulcanization rate of the PP/ MVQ blends accelerated, the tensile strength, tearstrength, elongation at break and Shore D hardness of the PP/MVQ TPV decreased, compression set de- creased first and then increased, hydrophobicity and processing fluidity were improved.
