摘 要:通过差示扫描量热法研究了聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)共混物的结晶行为及相容性,并考察了不同共混比下共混物的物理机械性能和动态力学性能。结果表明,不同共混比下PP/EAA共混物均出现2个明显的结晶熔融峰,说明两者不能相容,但两者可相互提高各自的结晶速率,且不会改变它们的晶型;随着EAA用量的增加,共混物的结晶度、拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲模量、储能模量和损耗模量均逐渐降低,冲击强度先降低后升高,损耗因子增大,且明显高于纯PP,玻璃化转变温度向高温方向偏移。The crystallization behavior and com- patibility of polypropylene ( PP )/ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA) blends were studied by di- fferential scanning calorimetry, the mechanical pro- perties and dynamic mechanical properties of the PP/EAA blends with different blending ratios were investigated. The results showed that the PP/EAA blends with different blending ratios had two obvious crystallization melting peaks, indicating poor com- patibility, but their crystallization rates were im- proved each other, and crystal structure had nochange. With increasing EAA, the crystallinity, tensile strength, tensile modulus, bending modulus, storage modulus and loss modulus of blends de- creased, the impact strength decreased first and then increased, the loss factor was significantly higher than that of the pure PP, and the glass transition temperature shifted toward higher temperature.
